New Jersey Get Together
October 2002

Jean Jacinto-Stavers, Angela "Helen" Ortega-Quitzon, Marian Nebriaga, and Virgie Novenario-Atienza got together in Tinton Falls, New Jersey in Oct 2002. The mini-reunion was hosted by Virgie. It allowed us to catch up with our stories and lives, especially with Helen who was out of touch since we graduated from college. It was like having one long pajama party. We did our hair and make up, cooked, shared recipes, reminisced our college days, made a couple of trips downtown Manhattan, went shopping , tooks lots of photos, watched the play "Chicago," and exchanged stories through the wee hours of the morning. We held it this time of year to enjoy the fall foliage, as you will see in one of the photos below. Although sleep deprived, we all enjoyed our short but memorable gathering.

The group plans to get together annually, hopefully with more in attendance. The next reunion is planned to be held in Vancouver, B.C. next year. The date is still being decided, so spread the word & save up! =)
